An online database featuring all of his known engraved family registers and copies clearly based on a Brunton engraving, has just been launched by Historic New England Genealogical Society on their web-site www.americanancestors.org. View
For those having trouble deciphering old script and/or grappling with faded ink, a transcription of each register will be posted alongside the original register. This will not only preserve the information contained therein for posterity, it is my hope it may well provide new clues as to where he might have traveled and with whom he may have had contact following his arrival with the British army in Boston in 1774.
